Microsoft is starting to roll out a new Xbox Home interface for all Xbox consoles. The new home UI includes more space for backgrounds and quick access to settings.

Then, navigate to dynamic backgrounds, click Xbox, and find the Starfield theme. It's a nice piece of art and features stars that brighten and dim, thus making it dynamic.
