The National Hurricane Center on Wednesday continued to keep track of Tropical Storm Dexter as well as two developing Atlantic systems that could become the season’s next tropical depression

The National Hurricane Center (NHC) is monitoring three systems in the Atlantic, including the newly designated tropical disturbance known as Invest 96L, located in the Atlantic Ocean. While far from Florida,
