The co-location project envisions the fusion of Hamilton's City Hall and the Bitterroot Public Library in the historic Town Hall building most recently used as the city's fire hall.

“Hamilton,” created by Lin-Manuel Miranda, who also portrayed the titular character, began previews on Broadway at the Richard Rodgers Theatre on July 13, 2015, and officially opened on Aug. 6, 2015.
