KANSAS CITY, Mo — A fire Wednesday morning wrecked Mount Christian Worship Center, one of the most important suppliers of hope and charity in their east Kansas City neighborhood.

The Mount Christian Worship Center caught fire on Wednesday. The fire caused extensive damage to the church.Today, like they do every day, they handed out free sack lunches.
