CLEVELAND — Gregory Moore -- the 51-year-old man charged with murder in the 2013 death of Aliza Sherman in Cleveland -- is set to face a judge in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court at 8:30 a.m.

Scotty Lee Goble, of Corsicana, is charged with murder in connection with the death of Heriberto "Eddie" Ramirez, 38, of Tyler.
