UNC will begin its highly-anticipated football season before you know it. The Tar Heels just announced their Training Camp start date on Tuesday.

If you open up the books of the 2026 recruiting class, you will notice that the Tar Heels have already landed 33 commitments in the class before the month of August even kicks off.

Moreover, the Tar Heels have been 87th, 84th, 115th, 94th and 80th in the last five seasons. If there is anything that has held UNC back, it's been their secondary and it's not even close.
