NEW YORK, NY (WBNG) - The New York Mets made a flurry of moves on Monday, after going 2-8 in the team’s last 10 games. New York optioned infielder Luisangel Acuña to Syracuse.

Through 19 games at the Triple-A level, he hit 11 home runs, including a 420-foot shot for Syracuse in an 8-6 win over the Norfolk Tides on Sunday.
