SWANSEA — Hanging out at the town beach during chillier months has a new look. Now, a webcam offers live footage and picturesque views of Swansea's south shore year round.

Hosted by the Board of Selectmen, the Sandcastle Festival will be held on Sunday, June 16, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Swansea Town Beach, 560 Ocean Grove Ave. This event is weather permitting.
