Apple has rolled out the Emoji Game exclusively for its News+ subscribers in the US and Canada, just in time for World Emoji Day.

It's World Emoji Day and Apple is celebrating with the launch of a new game. Similar to Wordle, the Emoji Game challenges users to decode short phrases by using emojis.

Apple will add the emoji to an iOS 26 update next year, likely in iOS 26.4. Apple most recently added new emoji in iOS 18.4, an update that came out in late March.
