Kimberly-Clark on Thursday announced a partnership with Brazilian pulp and paper producer Suzano to split ownership of Kimberly-Clark's international tissue and paper products business.
The joint venture agreement includes provisions for management and operation, as well as a call option for Suzano to potentially acquire the remaining stake held by Kimberly-Clark in the future.
The strategic partnership will integrate Suzano’s industrial and operational expertise with Kimberly-Clark´s brand management and international experience across a range of markets.
