SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane Police Department spent over half a million dollars in overtime last month as anti-Trump protests and demonstrations hit the city's budget.

Update, 4:48 p.m. Spokane Police has developed probable cause to arrest 37-year-old Chad Horne for arson. Horne was last seen near the Walmart at Sullivan and Broadway in Spokane Valley around 2 p.m.

Spokane Police Department says they found a bin filled with "combustible material" that was on fire and damaged the precinct building.
