SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — The water slides at Splash Down water park have been dry for three summers. Vandalism and graffiti are some of the only signs of life at the park.

Splash Down owner Brandin Olson said on Friday that the park's turbine and pumps are now fixed, and they were ready to open on Saturday. The water park will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
