Man suspected of shooting 2 Minnesota lawmakers is in custody after surrendering to police Vance Boelter was arrested Sunday evening.

The man accused of fatally shooting his in-laws in Palmer Township earlier this month has waived his preliminary hearing and is heading to trial.
