Mel B has celebrated her marriage for a second time with a “spiritual” ceremony in Morocco. The 50-year-old former Spice Girl, whose real name is Melanie Brown, married Rory McPhee, a hairdresser, at St Paul’s Cathedral last month, having announced her engagement to him in October 2022.
