Sonic X Shadow Generations takes an already excellent game and spring jumps it to new heights with a creative Shadow campaign and an appreciable graphical upgrade.

Sonic X Shadow Generations’ fast-paced stages make it a perfect fit for the Switch 2, and shine a bright light for Sonic’s future on the platform.

What's interesting here is that 2011's Sonic Generations did get a remaster as part of Sonic X Shadows Generations from last year. The game also arrived on Switch 2 earlier this month.

We'd probably rather Sonic Team take what it learned with Sonic X Shadow Generations and make a new, even better experience for fans. We wouldn't say no to a Switch port, though. Just a port, y'know?
