To order, head straight to https://psahelpline.ph using your laptop or mobile phone and request for a copy of a PSA birth, marriage, death, or Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR).
If that’s the case, I’m here to tell you that it’s possible to obtain a copy of your birth certificate. All you need is a little bit of time and roughly $70.
Ideally, you would have the Consular Report of Birth Abroad or birth certificate. If you cannot locate that document, you can request a file search for a fee of $150 to see if it can be found.
