A former Chesterfield County man has been indicted on a felony murder charge in the fatal overdose of an acquaintance on Valentine’s Day 2016.

The teens attend Chesterfield schools, participate in YMCA activities, and must be back to the house by 8 p.m., according to a county staff report. The teens cannot leave the home without an employee.
