Three of the five farms participating in the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival, about an hour north of Seattle, are extending their season through Sunday. The season was set to end Wednesday.
Garden Rosalyn, Skagit Acres, Tulip Town, RoozenGaarde and Tulip Valley Farms are all within a short distance of each other, totaling 50 acres of more than 200 different tulip and daffodil varieties.
But Roozengaarde isn’t the only part of the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival. The festival has four additional gardens around the valley, ranging from 3 to 20 acres. Ticket prices range from $10 to $20.
