The Clymer police chief has been suspended following a domestic violence arrest in Pine Township. Charles Martin Waller, Jr., 44, was charged with felony strangulation, simple assault and harassment.

A missing 19-year-old man from the Homer City area of Indiana County was found safe on Friday afternoon, Pennsylvania State Police said. Police thanked the public for their help in finding the man.
