The Shelby County Sheriff's Office reported that Chad Perry, 54, of Mattoon was found deceased on scene and that a Cowden man has been arrested on a preliminary charge of involuntary manslaughter.

A shakeup in leadership at the Porter County Juvenile Services Center was announced Friday afternoon by recently-appointed Porter Circuit Court Judge Rebecca Buitendorp.

All three died of a gunshot wound to the head, Swanson said, and while still under investigation Swanson said the incident appears to have been a murder-suicide.
