The New Orleans Fire Department has shut down the Shamrock bar and grill on South Carrollton Avenue, after a fight that began in the parking lot led to the shooting death of a mother of four Sunday.

Witnesses said it happened following a fight outside of Shamrock. Neighbors said the bar has been causing issues in the area for months. Lewis Williams is the manager at Cycle Gear.
