According to court records observed by Newsweek, Shaw has pled not guilty to both charges. Shaw was then ordered to have no contact with President Trump, Mar-a-Lago or any Trump property.

At Mar-a-Lago, the Secret Service is not and will never be in charge of the club’s membership rolls or who is permitted on the property.
