Highway 12 in Utah is a National Scenic Byway and has also been designated an All-American Road for a rustic landscape that isn’t found anywhere else on earth.

A land development subsidiary and designating part of U.S. 12 as a scenic byway are in the strategic plan being considered by the Regional Development Authority.
