Heavy rain poured over parts of central Texas, dumping more than a month's worth of rain for places like San Angelo.
In central Kerr County, up to 10 inches of rain inundated the area, causing the Guadalupe River to swell and overflow its banks.
Camp Mystic remains a major focus of concern.
