Anchor/Reporter ... OMAHA, Neb. — Tenants at City View have some more time before they have to move out. Community advocates say about 100 people are still living in the downtown apartment building.
On Feb. 13, the board had named City View High School Principal Jesse Thomas to act as interim superintendent due to both Bushong and assistant superintendent Carrie Allen being placed on leave.
With the troubled complex shutting down at the end of June, residents at City View apartments are being told to pack up and leave. Tenants now have less than a month to find a new home.
Residents living in City View apartments were initially put on notice to move out of the complex by June 30. First Alert 6 recently found out that tenants have been given some grace.
