LA Metro is looking for local artists to be featured in the upcoming transit stations in the East San Fernando Valley.

The Van Nuys Station of the Metro G Line rapid bus that traverses the San Fernando Valley will close Friday for three years as work begins on a project to improve travel times and safety.

Metro is seeking 2D artwork for 12 new train stations in the San Fernando Valley. Selected artists may receive up to $120K per commission.
