Willamette Art Center has found a new home in Salem after leaving its longtime space at the Oregon State Fairgrounds.

The Oregon Department of Emergency Management has activated the State Emergency Coordination Center to Level 3 – Regional Response as of 8:00 a.m. on June 17.

Center Street Northeast was closed between 14th Street Northeast and 17th Street Northeast after a vehicle crash with a power pole, Salem Police said.

The closures from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. May 4-8 will allow the Oregon Department of Transportation to inspect over the edge and under the bridge.
