Route 1 southbound at Route 495 with I-495 and the I-495 exits on to Route 1 north and south were closed while first responders investigated. This is a developing story.

WRENTHAM, MASS. (WHDH) - Two exit ramps on Route I-495 and Route 1 in Wrentham were reopened Wednesday after they were shut down for hours. Power poles were damaged and wires were down.

Specifically, the ramp from the Route 85 westbound Connector to I-495 southbound will close nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. from June 29 through July 2.

The southbound lanes of Route 13 will be closed between New Sweden Street and I-495 until May 24. That stretch will remain closed through May 24 as part of a project to reconstruct Rogers Road.
