A Geneva man accused of operating a charter boat on the Chain O' Lakes without proper licensing is scheduled to appear in court next week on multiple citations, authorities said Thursday.

The Chain O' Lakes in Southwestern Waupaca County includes 22 connected lakes. According to Waupaca's tourism website , the system was created by the Cary Glacier, which melted about 12,500 years ago.
