The main thing added in the latest Metal Gear Solid V update, the first since August 2016, is the ability to play as Snake’s old frenemy Revolver Ocelot in Forward Operating Base missions.
It’s none other than Shalashaska himself, Revolver Ocelot. He can now be used in the game’s Forward Operating Base missions. He can’t be customized, but he does come with a few unique perks.
The highlight of the update is the addition of Revolver Ocelot. You'll now be able to take control of the well-known MGS boss to infiltrate other players' Forward Operating Bases.
