A baby raccoon is back in its natural habitat after it was rescued from the engine compartment of a tractor-trailer truck in Arapahoe County.
Photos posted by the sheriff’s office show the raccoon huddled in the back of the truck’s engine area and, once rescued, hugging the pole that officers used to pull it out.
