Quitman is an unassuming little community and an unlikely place for such a facility. It sits about an hour north of Tyler, the nearest metropolitan area. But it is energetic for a small town.

Thanks to Rhonda Benjamin and her family, Quitman is hosting Art Explosion, a festival on Black Friday meant to spur creativity and bring folks downtown.
