BELTON, Mo. — Farm animals, play areas and, of course, pumpkins will be back at Johnson Farms for the fall. Families can spend an entire autumn day at Johnson Farms Plants and Pumpkins.

The patch has pumpkins in all shapes and colors for sale, plus a petting zoo, hayrides, Spookley the Square Pumpkin storyboards, and a haymaze (just the right size for little ones). $10 per person.

“I named it Peter’s Pumpkin Patch because that’s my middle name and using my first name just didn’t sound right.” In 2018, he purchased the family farm along with 15 acres.
