The Village at Five Hawks, a four-building, 48-unit market-rate apartment community in Prior Lake, has sold for $5.8 million, or $120,833 per unit.

The 150-unit Lake Ridge Apartments will rise on a 10.5-acre site on the northwest corner of County Road 42 and McKenna Road in Prior Lake. The developer recently closed on the land purchase.
