Porsche has restored the Carrera 4S coupe and cabriolet and the Targa 4S to the 992.2-generation 911 sports car lineup as of the 2026 model year.

Standard equipment for the 992 Carrera 4S includes 20-/21-inch wheels from the two-wheel drive car, 408mm front brake discs (380mm at the rear), Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus and a sports exhaust.

Starting with the 2026 model year, Porsche is reviving the all-wheel-drive 4S trim for the 911 Carrera coupe, Carrera cabriolet, and Targa models.

Not that they're cheap. Preliminary pricing for the 2026 Carrera 4S coupe is $156,450—over $16,000 more than the 2024 model, though Porsche stresses this is subject to change.
