Police found a body with a heart-shaped tattoo near Brigham City and are asking for the public's help in identifying the person. The body was discovered in a trash bag by Union Pacific workers.

OGDEN, Utah — Brigham City Police discovered a heart-shaped tattoo on the victim whose remains were discovered in a plastic bag along a roadway in Brigham City on Wednesday.
