Two alleged members of the “Felony Lane Gang,” which deputies in Loudoun County said is responsible for thefts up and down the East Coast, have been arrested.

A young boy was threatened and held at knifepoint by his father who is facing charges stemming from the incident, according to Montgomery County, Maryland, police.
