The Douglas H. Palmer Municipal Complex honors the city’s first African-American/Black mayor but let’s not get this twisted — City Hall belongs to the residents of Trenton. Period.

The design team energized by the participation will be sharing some design concepts for the school at a town hall at the Palmer High School auditorium from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
