Every dollar the Oklahoma Legislature invests in the state’s public higher education system produces over $17 in economic output, a new study found.

On Wednesday, the highest honor in the state was presented to the Oklahoma Hall of Fame Class of 2025 Honorees during a luncheon at Gaylord-Pickens Museum.

Ronnie Dunn and Taylor Hanson, music artists with Tulsa ties, and Oklahoma City Thunder General Manager Sam Presti are among seven people chosen for the Oklahoma Hall of Fame’s Class of 2025.

Oklahoma students are heading to the state capitol on April 15 for two events recognizing the impact of higher education and the promise of future workforce development.
