President Donald Trump on Monday announced the United States will impose a 25% tariff on the imports of any country involved in Venezuela's oil industry.

U.S. teachers unions and rights advocates, including the NAACP, sued the administration of President Donald Trump on Monday to prevent the attempted dismantling of the federal Education Department, days after Trump signed an executive order to that effect.

President Trump announced that any country that purchases oil or gas from Venezuela will be forced to pay a 25% tariff to the U.S. for any trade they do. The United States sent the deportees first to Honduras, where they were picked up by Venezuelan state airline Conviasa and arrived in Caracas at 1 a.m. local time. The United States does not deport migrants directly to Venezuela due to the strained diplomatic relationship between the two countries.
