After working in Charlotte, N.C., for several years, he returned in 2014 and opened Anoosh Bistro with refined American food, located across the parking lot from the soon-to-be Noosh Nosh.
“It’s a place for you to come and enjoy eating.” Nosh is open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sundays.
Nosh Pit has also been working with Food Lab on a sustainability program that food trucks can implement. Over the last year, it composted and recycled over three tons of waste.
