Though it started out in South Africa, Nando’s has been taking up the globe by a storm since its 1987 debut. With locations in 24 countries, the chain is looking to continue its expansion.

The Nando’s rep confirmed these plans, adding that the restaurant will be found on the hotel's ground floor and that it’ll take up 2,500 square feet of space.

Austin appears to be the latest location for Nando's PERi-PERi, a South Africa-based hot chicken chain with restaurants in 30 countries.
