Waterville and the Ohio Department of Transportation have agreed to delay the project to remove the Roche de Boeuf Bridge over the Maumee River in Waterville, the city announced Monday.

Proceeds go to several local organizations, including the Peninsula Trails Coalition and the Dungeness River Nature Center. The Railroad Bridge Run 5K/10K event has the right of way on local roads.
