A 20-year-old Rock Island was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly attempted to rob the Marshalls' store in Moline, police said.

One person is dead Friday after a vehicle crashed into the Odd Fellow-Rebekah Home in Mattoon.

Police responded to a serious crash Tuesday night in Limerick Township, Montgomery County, that shut down part of Ridge Pike and sent three people to the hospital.
