SIOUX CITY — Sioux City's Mardi Gras Parade will return to the Missouri riverfront Thursday, after 16 years of following a downtown route.

The service will feature intercity passenger trains twice-daily between Mobile and New Orleans, with four stops along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
