Officers have taped off an alleyway in Manchester with a forensic tent in place at the scene where a body has been found.

Manchester police have closed Elm Street between Lake Avenue and Auburn Street for vendors. The closure will last all weekend. Police said it's a way to keep vendors and concert-goers safe.
