The man walked up to a family gathering in April 2024 and shot a stranger in the head. He then hid out in a nearby home and made bomb threats.

Authorities said deputies responded to a shooting in the 2100 block of Delano Street around 2:30 a.m. today and found the man suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
