Flood advisory issued for California until Thursday night, according to the NWS
On Thursday at 6:13 p.m. a flood advisory was issued by the NWS Los Angeles/Oxnard CA in effect until 10 p.m. The advisory is for Los Angeles as well as Santa Barbara and Ventura counties.
