It was first photographed in that mountain range on Dec. 1, 2016, by a camera owned by the University of Arizona, which has been photographing and studying jaguars in the U.S. since 2012.

Since the spring, the average rate for a 30-year fixed mortgage has moved in a mostly narrow range around 6.8% and 7%. Mortgage rates were expected to gradually improve in 2025.
