On Sept. 16, Disney re-released The Lion King for a limited two-week theatrical run, in advance of its 3-D and Blu-Ray DVD release of the popular 1994 animated film.

The Lion King, directed by Jon Favreau, stars Donald Glover, Beyonce, Billy Eichner, Seth Rogen, Alfre Woodard, and John Oliver. It will be released on July 19th, 2019.
